NEWGAME is a platform for board-game enthusiasts, developed in the United States of America and available for download on the Google and Apple stores.

These are the Terms and Conditions laid down, to which NEWGAME requires your agreement if you wish to utilize and make use of the services of NEWGAME.

These terms and conditions govern how the NEWGAME’s platform is to be utilized and concerns thereby.

If you make use of the NEWGAME’s platform, NEWGAME assumes that you have given your implied acceptance to the terms and thereby you have willfully become subject to the same.

By making use of this platform, you agree to be subject to all policies, terms or conditions declared or published by the NEWGAME, including policies herein contained or such as refunds, cancellations, bookings, privacy, etc. published from time to time and may be subject to change.

Creating an Account:

Subscription:

Charges in connection with full-feature access of the NEWGAME will be shown to you at various stages and screens if you wish to avail the premium services. The details of the paid models and features therein will be shared with you prior to payment. You may choose to pay:

  • - Monthly.
  • - Yearly.
  • - Through Google Play store or Apple App store.

NEWGAME does not use an independent third-party payment gateway. For this reason, you can avail the in-app subscriptions and premium services by making payments to Google Play store or Apple’s App store, whichever is applicable to you.

1. Subscription Details:

Subscriptions:

  • - Premium Monthly Subscription: $19.99 per month
  • - Premium Yearly Subscription: $199.99 per year

These subscriptions provide access to premium features such as no ads, the ability to create multiple games simultaneously, and the ability to send photos in chat.

Auto-Renewal:

Your subscription will be automatically renewed when the expiry date comes. The renewal will be processed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, whichever is applicable to you, unless you choose to cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

2. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use:

By subscribing, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Cancellations:

  1. Upon payment and its confirmation, our automated system allows you access to the exclusive features of NEWGAME. Cancellation of a confirmed access creates lag in our services.
  2. We do not accept cancellation requests once the premium and exclusive access is granted to you.
  3. While cancellations are not accepted, you may choose non-renewal of subscription and prevent further payments.
  4. You may choose to opt out of re-subscription of subsequent tenure by preventing further payments to Google Play store or Apple’s App store, whichever is applicable to you.

Liabilities:

  1. You are required to only act in compliance of the relevant laws of the United States of America, or those which are applicable to you locally or internationally.
  2. Any breach or violation of law including but not limited to identity theft, misrepresentation, cheating, etc., is your own liability, consequences of which NEWGAME is not liable for.
  3. We do not undertake the personal behavior of other users, and are not responsible or liable for their actions in any capacity other than that which is under control of the NEWGAME.
  4. You agree to maintain peaceful and compliant behavior with other users, uphold community guidelines, uphold legal requirements and laws applicable to you.
  5. In case of event creation by a user as a result of impersonation, such impersonator is liable towards legal action.
  6. If you are found engaged in any illegal activity while making use of the services of the NEWGAME, you will be held liable and be reported to proper authorities, regardless of and free from any privacy policy or its governance. In furtherance of the same, NEWGAME has exclusive right to devoid you of its services, regardless of the payment and subscription.
  7. You allow NEWGAME to collect necessary data as prescribed by the privacy policy.
